- 6 hard-boiled eggs, cut in half
- 2 tablespoons green olives, chopped
- 1 tablespoon capers, drained and chopped
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 -4 dashes Tabasco sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley leaves, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, minced
- salt and pepper
directions
- Mash the egg yolks well in a bowl.
- Add the olives and stir in the mayonnaise.
- Add Tabasco, salt and pepper.
- Pipe the mixture into the whites and sprinkle with the parsley and dill.
