  • 1 12 cups frozen fruit, blend (strawberries, pineapples, mangos, and bananas)
  • 1 14 cups orange juice or 1 1/4 cups orange juice, and pineapple juice blend
  • 1 cup no-fat yogurt (Plain or Vanilla)
  • 14 cup oatmeal (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

  • Combine all ingredients in blender on medium speed until smooth (about 2 minutes.) Adjust juice for a thicker or soupier smoothie to your preference. I normally funnel into 2 empty 16.9 oz. water bottles and chill in the freezer for approximately 30 minutes. Excellent on the go.

  1. Once in a while I've put oatmeal in my smoothie, & I like it, & this 1 is no exception, especially with the honey, when used with a non-fat yogurt! Made this with a combo of frozen bananas & strawberries along with orange juice ~ Very nice flavor! [Made & reviewed in New Kids on the Block tag]
