Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 slices whole wheat bread
  • To be ground into a coarse paste
  • 14 cup fresh celery, washed and chopped
  • 2 -3 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
  • salt


  1. Equally apply the ground paste on each of the toasts.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C or 360F for 10 minutes or until the toasts are evenly browned.
  3. Cut into halves and serve at once.
