  1. I tried this because I love fudge..but I didn't like it, so I added 8oz of fat free cream cheese and whipped it and made a nice chocolate cheese cake. I chopped the nuts and sprinkled it over the botton of the pie plate and put the filling over it to add a little crunch instead of a crust. It came out nice, I enjoyed it, while everyone else was eating sugar something!!!

  2. I hate to say this, but it was horrible! We followed the directions exactly. It was hard to set up, but the main problem was the horrible taste. Sorry...

  3. Just tried this and it turned ok for me. Nice taste and texture. Thanks.

  4. I don't know what I did wrong, but it turned out like chocolate jello (and not the pudding type). I couldn't eat it because of the consistency. It had an alright flavor, though.

I'm married with three grown kids, 2 with little ones of their own - so I was a Grandma the first time at the ripe ole age of 39! Anyway that earth shaking event was 7 years ago and have added 3 more boys since then! I have been cooking since I was 8 years old, learning a lot of recipes from an 1930's vintage Watkin's cookbook that my Aunt had - she has since lost the book - darn it - but I still have some of the recipes I copied from it.
