  1. This was pretty good. I added 1/2 tsp rum flavoring and used stevia to sweeten. The result was a light, frothy drink. I'd suggest refrigerating it for a while to let it chill and thicken. It was a tasty beverage though, and I'd definitely make it again. Thanks for the recipe.
     
  2. I have diabetes, and there's something you should know. All diabetics have to do is keep track of how many carbohydrates they have eaten and give insulin for it. We can have the same diet as everybody else. In the case of type two diabetics(yes, there is a difference), you may need to eat sugars in moderation. This is a great light drink, but it has nothing to do with diabetics.
