I made these for a birthday party get together as the host is diabetic. I had to use half raisin and half apricots to make the correct amount of fruit. I wasn't sure what to expect and had my doubts. After eating 3 cookies I realized that I thought they were pretty darn tasty after all. The party guest seemed to like them as well. Thank you for a recipe that didn't leave our host out of the goodies tray.
