Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 lb ground turkey breast
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 14 cup egg substitute
  • 2 tablespoons dry breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon ground thyme
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seed
  • 12 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon black pepper
  • 14 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 4 teaspoons prepared horseradish

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well; form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
  2. Coat a large skillet with cooking spray and place the patties in the skillet to cook over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until no pink remains in the center.
