directions

  • 1. Marinate shrimp in spices of your choice. Recommended is Tony Chacere's, italian dressing, salt, pepper, & garlic.
  • 2. Wrap shrimp in half slice of bacon with cream cheese (amount unspecified) & a jalepeno or sliver of bell pepper.
  • 3. Cook over the grill on a kabob skewer until cooked through (we like the bacon to be crispy).
  • 4. ENJOY!

  1. First off, what a pain in the Nother-lands to assemble!! These little buggers are squirmy and elusive to roll as all get out! But that part out of the way, how tasty!! I used Good Seasons prepared Italian dressing and some Tony Cachere's seasoning mix for marinade, and grilled them on an electric grill which with turning and crisping and all took about 30 minutes total. I was worried about DH liking these because he can be iffy with this kind of thing, but he loved them! Major bonus points there. Seriously good, flavorful shrimp kabobs. Just wish there was an easier method, whew. Thanks for posting the recipe KatyMomma. Keister pain and all, I'd definately make these again. Made for Bargain Basement tag game.
