Directions

  1. Toss radish, carrot & salt together in large bowl.
  2. Let stand for 10 minutes
  3. Squeeze dry.
  4. Combine vinegar & sugar in small Celsius
  5. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  6. Pour over radish mixture.
  7. Toss until well coated.
  8. Refrigerate up to a week.
