  • 2 12 ounces bombay sapphire gin
  • 1 splash scotch
  • 1 -2 olive

directions

  • Add gin and scotch to a cocktail shaker filled with crushed ice.
  • Stir (I like mine shaken vigorously).
  • Pour into a well-chilled martini glass.
  • Garnish with olives.

  1. Mmmmm, this was tasty! I usually go for those martini's that are actually "chick drinks" according to the DH, so we were both skeptical when I made this. Like Kate, I thought it would be a bit too much like drinking straight alcohol. Well it was, but it was pretty darned good! I guess I'm drinking "real" martinis from now on...   2. Even though Bombay Sapphire gin is excellent, this was almost like drinking it straight, and I am not quite ready for that. I could not really detect the scotch (but I only used a splash). Thank you for sharing, mersaydees! Made for The Wild Bunch for ZWT8's trip to Britain.
