Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 12 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup hersheys miniature chocolate chip
  • 6 ounces pie crusts (I use chocolate or graham)
  • CHOCOLATE TOPPING
  • 13 cup hersheys miniature chocolate chip
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream or 2 tablespoons whipping cream

Directions

  1. Blend cream cheese and sugar in bowl.
  2. And eggs and vanilla; beat well.
  3. Stir in mini-chips.
  4. Pour into crust.
  5. Bake at 450 degrees for`10 minutes without opening door, reduce temp.
  6. to 250 degrees.
  7. Continue to bake for 20- 25 minutes (Until set).
  8. Cool completely.
  9. Cover, chill thouroughly.
  10. Spread top w/ chocolate topping.
  11. Chill several minutes or just until set.
  12. CHOCOLATE TOPPING: Place mini chips and cream in microwave safe bowl.
  13. Microwave at high for 20 seconds or just until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth when stirred.
  14. Cool slightly.
  15. Dig in and enjoy.
