Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 ounces cottage cheese (1 1/2 cup)
  • 1 teaspoon dry dill dip mix (1/2 envelope)
  • 1 tablespoon finely diced pimiento
  • 1 tablespoon snipped parsley
  • cooked shrimp, chilled

Directions

  1. Beat together with electric mixer cottage cheese and dill dip mix. Stir in pimiento and parsley.
  2. Serve chilled, cooked shrimp.
