- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 3⁄4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sea salt (optional)
- fresh ground pepper
directions
- In small bowl, whisk until frothy oil, lemon juice, and mustard. Add sea salt, if desired. Pour over salad. Add pepper to taste. Toss well.
