Dijon Tarragon Salad Dressing
"This salad dressing is great on a fresh spinach salad. Also great on fresh sliced tomatoes right out of the garden! I have made using different vinegar, but somehow it's just not the same."

ingredients
- 1⁄3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 cup olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup tarragon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
directions
- Place all ingredients in a jar. Cover and shake well.
- Pour over salad just before serving.
