Directions

  1. Combine silken tofu, lemon juice, seasonings (and oil) in a food processor. Blend till smooth.
  2. Adjust consistency with water.
  3. Taste, add more seasoning/lemon juice, if you like.
  4. Stir in dill and parsley.
  5. Cover and refrigerate at least 30-60 minutes. Stir before serving.
