Dill Sauce for Salmon

"This is perfect for poached or grilled salmon. Let the sauce sit for at least an hour (over night is best) to allow the flavors to blend."

  1. Wow! I made this sauce for our grilled sockeye salmon last night and my husband and I both loved it. I didn't have any chives so I just added extra green onions and it was still delicious. We loved the crunch of the fresh cucumber even though it was chopped very small; it added a good mouth feel. I also used reduced-fat sour cream (for health reasons), and was happy this recipe didn't need any mayonnaise for the same reason. I also doubled the recipe because our salmon fillet was big enough for two meals. It is happily our new go-to sauce for salmon. Thanks for sharing, Alia!
