Wow! I made this sauce for our grilled sockeye salmon last night and my husband and I both loved it. I didn't have any chives so I just added extra green onions and it was still delicious. We loved the crunch of the fresh cucumber even though it was chopped very small; it added a good mouth feel. I also used reduced-fat sour cream (for health reasons), and was happy this recipe didn't need any mayonnaise for the same reason. I also doubled the recipe because our salmon fillet was big enough for two meals. It is happily our new go-to sauce for salmon. Thanks for sharing, Alia!
