  1. Combine whipping cream, milk and swiss cheese, set aside.
  2. Mix together cornstarch, salt & spices.
  3. Peel potatoes, slice and coat with cornstarch, salt & spices.
  4. Add parmesan cheese and onions, toss well to coat.
  5. Place potatoes in greased casserole dish.
  6. Pour liquid carefully over potatoes.
  7. Cover and bake @325F for 45 minutes.
  8. Uncover and bake another 30 minutes.
