- 1⁄3 cup Dijon mustard
- 1⁄3 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated lemon peel
- 2 1⁄2 lbs chicken
directions
- 1. Combine all ingredients except chicken. Refrigerate for up to 1 week in sealed container or use immediately.
- 2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Put Chicken is glass baking pan. Pour Dijon sauce over the chicken and put in the oven to bake until chicken is done. Or grill, brushing chicken often with sauce.
