  1. Mix flour, yeast, dry milk, sugar and salt in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add water and oil then stir and mix until a sticky dough is formed - let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Place Dough on a floured board, using extra flour as needed, form into 10 balls.
  4. Place Balls onto greased baking pan. Preheat oven to 375 degree F. Let dough balls rise in a warm place for 25 minutes.
  5. Drizzle melted butter over the rolls. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
