- 1⁄2 cup Red Delicious apple
- 1⁄2 cup granny smith apple
- 2 cups unsalted butter (softened)
- 1⁄8 cup Applejack
- 1⁄4 cup apple juice
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄16 teaspoon pepper
directions
- In food processor, purée whole cored apples (skin on).
- Add all remaining ingredients and blend until liquid is incorporated and entire batch is smooth.
