  1. You can purchase mixed nuts pre-toasted, or you can toast them yourself by placing them on an ungreased cookie sheet and baking them in an oven pre-heated to 325 degrees for 7-10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Toss the toasted nuts in a large bowl with the berries and cinnamon. Divide in to 4 different small bowls or large mugs, and add ¼ cup of milk per serving.
