  • 6 eggs (hardboiled)
  • 2 slices smoked salmon (julienned)
  • 1 piece nori (Sushi paper, julienned)
  • 14 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Directions

  1. cut eggs in half and remove egg yokes into a bowl.
  2. mix egg jokes with seasonings, mayonaise and mustard.
  3. spoon 2 tsp in each egg white half.
  4. sprinkle smoked salmon on top.
  5. top off with nori.
