  • 500 g rolled oats
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 12 cup slivered almonds
  • 12 cup sunflower oil
  • 12 cup honey
  • 2 cups dried fruit

directions

  • Preheat oven to 180 oC.
  • Mix dry ingredients together in your oven dish.
  • Gently heat the honey and oil until runny.
  • Mix oil and honey into dry ingredienst and bake.
  • Check and turn about every 10 minutes.
  • Total baking time 30 - 40 minutes, or until golden.
  • Cool then add the dried fruit (craisins, raisins, apple, apricots, banana etc).
  • When cool put in an airtight container.
