Donna's Creamy Hash Browns Casserole

ingredients
- 30 ounces frozen hash browns (thawed)
- 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of potato soup, undiluted
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
directions
- Combine hashbrowns, soup, sour cream, 1 3/4 cups of cheddar cheese, and parmesan cheese. Spread into a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

It's just me and DBF who i've been with for about 8 years. We're getting married September 5, 2009. We have two adorable orange tabby cat kids: Persimmon and Louis Vuitton.
