  1. VERY soft and VERY sweet. I was making it to eat as-is, so I made half a batch, underfilled my sugar measurements, added about a Tablespoon of flour, and added 1/4 teaspoon of salt because I like my dough a little salty. Very delicious!******* After several remakes, I've decided that this is a DANGEROUSLY addictive recipe! I cut back a tad on the sugar, add more salt, and chill for a few minutes in the feezer. DIVINE! Recently, I've given up granulated sugars and artificials. I needed cookie dough fast so instead of sugar, I used just under 1/4 cup honey, half of the vanilla, added 1/4 cup oats, 1 tsp salt, and chopped up sugar-free chocolates instead of adding chocolate chips. SO GOOD!
