  • 2 lbs lamb, cubed into 1-inch pieces
  • 0.5 (1 1/4 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 18 teaspoon thyme
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups water
  • 14 cup tapioca

  • Trim fat from lamb cubes. Place in crock pot. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Cook on high 1 hour, then on low 8-9 hours, or keep it on high 4-5 hours. Serve over noodles or rice. You can also mix in veggies during the last few minutes of cooking.
