Doritos Taco Casserole

"I used pork instead of turkey, but I must say this is pretty tasty stuff. I wasn't sure about the size of the taco seasoning packet when I posted this--the recipe says to use a packet of taco seasoning mix--I mixed together my own spices instead.   • Preheat oven to 350.
  • In a large skillet, brown ground turkey. Add onions and corn, cooking until the onions are tender.
  • Add taco seasoning and water and mix until well combined. Remove from heat and mix in sour cream and salsa.
  • Using a 2 quart baking dish, layer a few handfuls of ranch tortilla chips, slightly crushed, to the bottom.
  • Sprinkle half of the meat mixture over the top and sprinkle with half of the cheese. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Top with desired toppings to serve.

  1. This was really good. I added a can of green chiles to it and followed the recipe. Super Easy. A bit spicy so I added more sour cream.
