- 1 egg
- 1⁄2 cup oat bran
- 1⁄2 cup wheat bran
- 3⁄4 cup milk
- 3⁄4 cup pecans, ground
- 1⁄2 cup coconut
- 1⁄2 cup raisins
- 3⁄8 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons ginger
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons baking powder
directions
- Beat the egg with a mixer for 3 minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients.
- Bake at 425F for 20 minutes, after turning the oven off let it sit in the oven for another 15-20 minutes.
