Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Stir together sugar, butter, vanilla, egg and vanilla.
  2. Add in dark chocolate, white chocolate and pecans.
  3. Mix flour, baking powder and salt and add to batter.
  4. Stir until well combined. (dough may be stiff, I like to work it a bit with my hands.).
  5. Form a log and place on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
  6. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
  7. Remove from oven and cool log on wire rack for 10 minutes.
  8. Meanwhile lower oven to 325 degrees.
  9. When 10 minutes is up, slice log into cookies and place back on cookie sheet leaving space between each cookie.
  10. Return to oven and bake for 20 more minutes.
