  1. Amazing and super easy. And they actually turned out like the picture. I rolled them into balls instead of like dropping them and they turned out perfect. I would definitely recommend this recipe to everyone. Especially if you are like cookie illiterate.

  2. Easy, tasty vegan cookies! I was dubious since there are no eggs, but they worked out great. I made tablespoonfulls and flattened them before cooking, they don't spread much so can be close together.

  3. These are nice and simple. I used peanut butter chips. Not to sweet, so you don't feel bad if you give your kids second.

  4. for someone looking for easy to manage cookies this is it! They stayed their shape, didnt' flatten. I baked them more than 15min and they turned rock hard crunchy! LOL Not sweet cookies, needs more sugar

  5. What a great cookie. I made mine really big and they were wonderfully crisp on the outside and soft in the middle. They don't 'spread' much when baking (at least mine didn't), so if you want them a little flatter, you need to push them down with the back of a spoon before putting them in the oven. They are really chocolatey, but not overly sweet. Thanks for sharing this great cookie recipe, which I will definitely be making again!

I'm 65 years old and have been cooking since I was 10. My first meal was Thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings. My mother talked me through everything. She hated to cook. I'm completely the opposite, I love to cook and try different things. been married for 42 years and have 3 kids. Two girls and a boy, four grandchildren that I spoil rotten. Had a stroke 1 year ago but it's not stopping me. My second love is camping.
