  1. Use a food processor to shred all the fresh veggies, or use a packaged mix.Place in a bowl.
  2. Pulse the dried cranberries & walnuts together in food processor a few times until ground but not a paste. Add this to the next 7 ingedients (the dressing) and pour over the veggies. Best if you let it sit in fridge several hours or overnight.
