Double Dog Dare Ya Chili-Cheese-Dog
"Here's another of my crazy recipes but I like my Hot-Stuff!
I hope some of you are brave or just crazy like me.
For two crazy people just follow this recipe."

2 Double Dogs

ingredients
- 4 beef hot dogs (I like Ball Park)
- 2 hoagie rolls, lightly toasted
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 2 tablespoons onions, diced finely
- 1 jalapeno, sliced thinly
- 6 tablespoons Wolf brand chili, Hot variety
- Tabasco sauce (optional)
directions
- Spread 1 tablespoons mustard on 1 half of hoagie roll.
- Sprinkle with half of the onions, half of the jalapenos.
- and place two hotdogs on top. Cover with half of the
- chili and a few drops of pepper sauce if you desire.
- Repeat with secomd hoagie.

<p>I'm a 60 year old man living in south Arkansas with my wonderful wife. we've been married almost 35 years and we both love to cook. I became disabled and confined to a power chair in 1990 so I have a lot of time to try new recipes. In our church I'm famous for my melt in your mouth briskets. But nobody grills a porterhouse steak like my sweetie. We are looking for new recipes all the time. When I found RecipeZaar I new I had hit the jackpot. Our favorite restaurant is an all you can eat place called The Old Feed House; <br />Catfish, froglegs,ribs, etc with all the trimmings. Standing room only at times.</p>
