  • 1 12 cups flour
  • 14 cup cocoa powder
  • 12 cup butter (softened)
  • 14 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 23 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg white
  • 42 Hershey chocolate kisses (Unwrapped)
  • aluminum foil, cut into squares and printed messages to wrap the cooled kiss cookies in for your valentine

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a small bowl, blend flour and cocoa powder.
  • In a large mixer bowl, cream butter on low. Increase speed and add Peanutbutter and sugar.
  • Lower speed and add egg white.
  • Add the flour/cocoa mixture.
  • Measure exactly 2 Tablespoons of the dough and form it into a disk.
  • Form dough around each kiss.
  • Place on ungreased sheet and space them one inch apart.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees until they are no longer shiny.
  • Cool before removing from sheet.
  • When completely cool, wrap in foil squares cut to fit the size of the cookie---with your personal messages inserted like the ones you unwrapped, but bigger.
