  1. Preheat oven to 350°; grease cookie sheets or line with Silpat.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda; set aside.
  3. In a big bowl, using an electric mixer, combine the butter, sugar, and peanut butter until creamy.
  4. Add in the vanilla; add in the eggs one at a time and mix well after each addition.
  5. Scrape down the bowl and mix again.
  6. Add the flour mixture and mix; stir in the chips.
  7. Using two tablespoons or a small ice cream scoop, drop the dough onto the cookie sheets; space the dough so there are twelve cookies per tray.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
