  • Blend strawberries and milk together in blender until fairly smooth.
  • Add sorbet; blend until smooth and thick.
  • MODIFICATIONS:.
  • Decrease simple carbohydrate load by adding a scoop of soy protein powder with one tablespoon of flaxseed oil; or, add 1 cup of canned pineapple chunks (stored in water) or 1 cup frozen mango chunks as a substitute for the sorbet.

  2. WOW! Two of your smoothies in 2 days, but what can I say but that "I love smoothies, most definitely!" I used the frozen strawberries that I always have on hand & added a scoop of protein powder! I did have to add a bit more milk so I'd have enough liquid for the frozen berries, but that didn't detract from the drink's great taste! Wonderful!
