  1. Juice the lemon, you should get 4 tablespoons.
  2. In a saucepan add all ingredients, bring to a boil.
  3. Lower to a simmer and cook 10-15 minutes until thickened.
  4. You can add more vinegar/steak sauce/ hot sauce/ if you need it, to taste.
