  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and place oven rack in the middle.
  2. Line pan with foil and spray with non-stick spray.
  3. Crust: Mix everything EXCEPT for the butter in a food processor till coarsely ground.
  4. Add butter till consistency is coarse meal.
  5. Press firmly into pan and bake for 20 min or until golden brown.
  6. Cool for 20 minute.
  7. Topping: Combine coconuts in a bowl.
  8. In another bowl, whisk everything EXCEPT for pecans till smooth.
  9. Add pecans and pour filling over crust.
  10. Dollup heaping tablespoons of coconut mixture onto filling.
  11. Bake till golden brown, about 35-40 minutes.
  12. Cool for 2 hours.
