Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix or 1 (18 ounce) box white cake mix
  • 3 eggs (or as called for by your cake mix) or 3 egg whites (or as called for by your cake mix)
  • 13 cup oil (or as called for by your cake mix)
  • 1 13 cups water (or as called for by your cake mix)
  • 1 (3 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • softened whipped topping
  • milk, as much as needed

Directions

  1. Prepare cake mix according to directions on package or box.
  2. Only pour half of the prepared cake mix into a 9x13 inch pan.
  3. Bake cake as directed, watching carefully.
  4. It will not take as much time as usual.
  5. Let cool.
  6. In a medium mixing bowl, mix pudding and cream cheese on low speed.
  7. Add milk until the mixture becomes spreadable and no longer lumpy.
  8. Spread over cooled cake.
  9. Spread softened whipped topping over the pudding mixture and enjoy.
  10. So simple and yet so good!
