"I like this! Kindof like fruit dip filling. here for safe keeping. After chilling you can add 1 can cherry or blueberry pie filling on top if you'd like or just eat as is. Keeps about 2 days in fridge."

ingredients

2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 teaspoon butter, melted
¹⁄₂ cup sugar
1 (11 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

directions

Mix crumbs with butter. Press into lightly greased pie plate. Bake @ 350 for 5 minutes. Cool completely. In mixer bowl combine all other ingredience. Beat on low until light and fluffy. Spoon into pie crust. Chill at least 2 hours.
