  1. Why do I seem to be the only one who thinks this icing is too soft to frost a cake??? Do I need to refrigerate it before I frost it? Please help!

  1. This is so easy to make, lighter, and not as sweet as regular icing. I made Sue B's Chocolate Cake recipe #31804. A friend of mine made this cake and frosting, froze it and then thawed it in refrigerator. Excellent. Thanks for posting.

  2. Good frosting as I had everything on hand. Not to sweet I piped it on about 21 cupcakes. Thank you for the recipe.

I used to collect cookbooks, but I've given away all but my most cherished ones which belonged to my Grandma. I shop at an Amish community for my dry goods as much as possible. Right now, I'm in a canning phase and I probably will be until I'm too old to cut the mustard.</p>
