Dreamsicle Punch

"I do not recommend using this as a punch. While it tastes grand the two ingredients will not play together nicely. They seprate and have a curdled look, not what you want to serve to guests so I am changeing the amounts to serve two. I am currently wondering if blending the Baileys and orange juice would combine them for a more pleasing look......"

  1. End result was excellent - the Irish Creme did curdle at first; however, I put it in a shaker with ice, poured it over crushed ice in a glass and it was very smooth! Another tip-I used Baileys Salted Caramel. Yeah. It was good. :)

  2. I liked the taste of this but not the texture. I chilled the Baileys but it still curddled in the orange juice. It had the texture of sour milk, but the taste was really nice. Not too sweet. I would give 5 stars if I can keep the baileys from curddling.

  3. I loved this drink. I did it for 1 serving. But thought that 1/3 cup of baileys and 2/3 cups of orange juice was too much. So I did 1/4 cup baileys and 2/4 cups orange juice. I put ice in a glass and poured the baileys and juice. But I think it's better if the baileys is already cold and without ice. Cause it makes lumps and it's not too great. But the taste is so good. Thanks Annacia :) Made for Market tag.

  4. This was very refreshing. Not as sweet as I think of if equating to creamsicle pops but refreshing all the same. Hubby loved it and I think the drink goblin took mine because I barely lifted it up and it was gone! If I didn't have to focus on work I would whip up another one! We will make these again! Thanks! (Note: DH served these over ice - I don't think that's necessary if chilled or shaken with ice)

  5. Very tasty and appropriately named! I cut the recipe down to just 1/3 c Bailey's and 2/3 c orange juice since hubby won't try "foo foo" drinks, as he calls them. Too bad for him! Thanks for a keeper Annacia:)
