Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 12 cups cooked carrots
  • 1 (15 ounce) can white pearl onions or 1 cup diced onion
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 14 cup water
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • cracker crumb

Directions

  1. Place carrots, onions & soup in a casserole dish and pour water over.
  2. Top with cheese, butter & crumbs.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
