  1. cut avacado in half, cutting around the pit. de-pit the avacado with spoon or chop a knife into pit and twist it out. dice the avacado in the skin. add to mixing bowl.
  2. dice onion, tomatoes, and jalepeno. add to mixing bowl. feel free to add as much or little of each depending on how hot or oniony you want it.
  3. fold ingredients that are in the bowl.
  4. add steak seasonings and fold again.
  5. taste, and then add salt n pepp to taste.
  6. enjoy.
