Dried Cranberry Salsa

"This salsa is a tasty accompaniment to chicken, duck, turkey, pork-and it‚s dynamite on salmon. For a change of pace, try it on enchiladas. Or just eat it with tortilla chips. The red and green colors are appropriate for a holiday season buffet."

  1. Made 2 small changes when preparing this salsa ~ I used a rounded 1/3 cup of dried cranberries (we love those buggers) & cut the amount of jalapeno back to about 1/3 of a chili! Other than that, though, the recipe was followed & the salsa is wonderful! We had it with a pork salad sandwich & look forward to topping other meats with it! Thanks for a great recipe!
