  1. Cook, drain, cool, macaroni (add some olive oil).
  2. In a large, crystal, bowl, add mushrooms and LIQUID plus macaroni Drain and rinse kidney beans and olives.
  3. Slice the onion in beautiful half-rounds.
  4. Add chopped Red Bell Pepper plus some long, thin, strips for garnish.
  5. Grate the Parmesan and cube the Provolone cheese.
  6. Add the ham (tear in small pieces), keep cold until served.
  7. Add pepper to taste.
  8. (Note: if salad gets dry, add a little olive oil).
