Ingredients: 4 cups corn syrup; 1 lb honey; 12 ounces jim beam Bourbon; 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper; 1 tablespoon montreal poultry seasoning; 8 drops Tabasco sauce; 1 tablespoon paprika; 2 tablespoons chili flakes; 1 tablespoon ground black pepper; 2 tablespoons white pepper; 2 tablespoons sugar; 1/2 lime, juice of; 1 tablespoon ginger (saute separately first)

ingredients

4 cups corn syrup
1 lb honey

2 tablespoons white pepper
2 tablespoons sugar
¹⁄₂ lime, juice of
1 tablespoon ginger (saute separately first)

directions

Mix all ingredients and marinate chicken breasts for at least 2 hours.
Grill chicken. If you choose to use the marinade for sauce after marinating chicken, you must boil the marinade for safety reasons.
