Drunken Chicken Marinade

ingredients
- 4 cups corn syrup
- 1 lb honey
- 12 ounces jim beam Bourbon
- 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon montreal poultry seasoning
- 8 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons white pepper
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1⁄2 lime, juice of
- 1 tablespoon ginger (saute separately first)
directions
- Mix all ingredients and marinate chicken breasts for at least 2 hours.
- Grill chicken. If you choose to use the marinade for sauce after marinating chicken, you must boil the marinade for safety reasons.
