  1. Whoa!! A little too much booze for me! Still good, but an acquired taste, methinks. I usually make my cranberry sauce with juice (different kinds) and lemon peel or orange peel and I am not a drinker so take this review for what it is and decide for yourself.

I am an elderly gentleman who enjoys cooking. I live in Palm Springs, California (you may turn green now). I am a retired pharmicist and I believe my love of creating good food springs from mixing precriptions! My education occured during the time when actual "mixing" was still a part of the cariculum. I love "Feasts for all Seasons" written by Roy Andries DeGroot (whom I understand is blind) and contains me favorite recipe for "Spiced Tongue". I hate these long lists of recipes that start with the one you want then wander off to subjects that don't even mention what you started with. Keep it simple!
