  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl; mix well.
  • Store in a covered glass container in the fridge, or freeze in a plastic covered freezer-safe container.
  • To use; rub all over to coat the beef, pork or chicken.
  • Marinate if desired.
  • **NOTE**this rub is good for all kinds of beef, pork and also chicken.
