Dry Garlic Spareribs

"This is a recipe that I found on the back of the Molasses carton, and thought it sounded simple and delicious, so here it is, and it's going on my to-do list for the near future also!!"

  • Place spareribs in a large pot, cover with water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 30 minutes, or until meat is cooked.
  • Pepare sauce while ribs are cooking. Mix the nex 5 ingredients together. Place the cooked spare ribs on a foil covered cookie sheet. Pour sauce over ribs.
  • Bake at 350F for 20 minutes. Baste ribs with sauce as they are cooking.
  • Garnish with chives.

  1. Great ribs! I like a sticky glaze, rather than more saucy rib recipes, so this fit the bill perfectly. The meat was very tender. We did cook the ribs a bit longer in the oven than indicated, to make the glaze was nice and thick.

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
