- 1000 g shrimp
- 118.29 ml olive oil
- 473.18 ml dry white wine
- 8 g garlic (two garlic cloves)
- 15 g black olives
- 5 g fresh sage
- 5 g capers (best salted, if not, pickled)
- 236.59 ml water
directions
- Heat olive oil in a pot and add shrimps. Fry them 5-7 minutes and add wine. Cook until alcohol evaporates.
- Slice olives into round slices (remove stone), add fresh sage and capers. Add some water to cover shrimps.
- Cook additional 10 minutes. Serve.
